I've participated in a contest held by Nat Geo and Hong Kong Tourism not sure how long ago. Later, I got a notification from Nat Geo, Hong Kong informing me that I've won a Waterproof 35mm Camera. Happily, I filled up all my particulars before the expiry dates and emailed back to them.
I waited for a month and nothing was sent to me. Uncertainty, I wrote to them and asked it it was lost in transaction or they've yet to sent it out. I've waited for a week or 2, and there is no reply. Then I decided to look for their contact list. Luckily, this time I got a reply and were told that it was not due to unprofessionalism but my mail was spammed. That was the reason why my mail was not replied. I really wonder how can they spam hotmail or yahoo or etc when so many of their participant will uses it.
Anyway, I was told that my problem was directed to their Marketing Dept to rectify matters. How sweet and helpful isn't it? Wait!
My problem wasn't rectified at all up to now (more than 3 months from the day of notification!) as no one has contacted me at all. Without much choice, I wrote again to them, this time to their Vice President & Marketing & I wonder what response she's going to give me.Will she able to help me out?
I'm smart this time as I cc a copy back to my office and after a day or 2, if there were no reply, I will re-forward using my office mail. Won't be able to spam my mail or etc.
